Bull’s-eye!

Last week I participated in a wellness recovery action plan (WRAP) course. A fantastic method that is used worldwide to put together a personal toolbox, in which you can collect tools to feel good. Taking action when you feel less well, and knowing what you can do, gives a sense of control and peace. Asking myself 'What do I need today' is my new morning ritual.

The great thing about WRAP is that it can be used by everyone and for all kinds of purposes. I already knew the WRAP from the recovery movement in the Netherlands, and am super happy that it is now also offered in Curaçao.

I went to Curaçao with the goal of no longer staying alone with my story, but sharing it, and I did. What a fantastic experience. Bull’s-eye!
